What If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged?In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, email us at sales@montaguehome.co.za with your order details.
- Step 2: Please retain all original packaging.
- Step 3: Take clear photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging. Email these photos to us.
- Step 4: We will review the information and contact you to discuss the next steps.
